The address of our temporary facility is 514 1/2 West 24th Street. It is directly BEHIND the large home of 514 West 24th Street. You can access it from the alley and park anywhere along O’Neil Ave. The building is labeled with an Earthside Birth sign and that is where you will have your consultation with our midwife, Kim. You should receive an email and/or text from our ClientCare portal to set up your profile, input your history, and sign your consent forms. This is also where you will find the Release of Medical Records form that Kim will need you to fill out if you decide to continue care with us. 

From I25, exit Randall/Pershing and follow signs to take Randall. Turn right onto Snyder Ave and then left on 24th Street. Turn left on O Neil Ave and the alleyway is on your right. The Carriage House (temporary birth space) is on the right hand side (see the attached picture).
